Many of us have desk jobs nowadays, which means we sit, sit, sit, then sit some more. With office jobs that force us to be at a computer for eight hours or more, five days a week, it can be hard to get your body moving. Taking regular walking breaks is important, but there’s more you can do to get you blood pumping. Try the stretches below with a co-worker to maximize the fun. Happy office stretching!
