Want to challenge yourself with a few yoga balancing postures?  Here’s a few you can try and even one to try with a friend.  

Note:  Please make sure you are warmed up before trying these postures. We recommend doing the beginner yoga video prior to trying the balancing postures. Repeat each posture on both your right and left sides.
